What time can I check in?

From 2:00 p.m.

 

Is it possible to check in at any time?

Yes, we have a free self check-in system. Keys are kept in a safe at the entrance of the building and can be collected at any time. You just need to let us know in advance so we can send you the access code.

 

What time do I have to check out?

Check-out must be done before 12:00 pm so that we can clean and prepare the apartment for the next guests.

 

Can I leave my luggage at the accommodation before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we offer luggage storage service on both the day of arrival and departure.

 

Is breakfast included in the stay?

We do not offer breakfast, but there are many cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area where you can have breakfast with a variety of options.

 

Is smoking allowed in the apartment?

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment due to regulations and to maintain a healthy environment. However, smoking is allowed on the terrace.

 

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in the apartment.

The apartment is NOT for Groups, Families and Children


Can babies or children stay in the same bed as parents?

No, due to the type of license of the apartment we cannot accommodate babies or children.

 

Do you have cribs for babies?

No, we do not have cots.

 

Do you offer extra beds?

No, we do not offer extra beds either.

 

Are there more rooms available?

No, the apartment is unique and there are no other rooms available.

Is there a minimum age to stay?

Yes, we only accept guests over 25 years old.

 

Is the apartment adults only?

Yes, Casa Catalina is an adults-only accommodation, designed to offer a calm and relaxing experience.

 

Why is the minimum age 25 years?

We want to ensure a stay without noise or disturbance, offering an ideal environment for rest.

Booking Policies: Prices


Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes, from time to time we launch special offers for direct bookings through our website.

 

Why is there a charge for advance booking?

Prepayment guarantees the reservation and provides peace of mind for both guests and us.

 

How much is the tourist tax?

The tourist tax is 2 euros per person per night, in accordance with local regulations.

 

What VAT applies to reservations?

A 10% VAT is applied and is already included in the price. We also inform you or include the tourist tax of Mallorca in the final rate.

Do they clean the apartment every day?

Yes, daily cleaning is carried out so that guests can enjoy their stay without worries.

 

Does the bathroom include toiletries?

Yes, we offer hypoallergenic shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, and also oils and sunscreens.

 

Is there a hair dryer?

Yes, there is a 2,100 watt dryer, ideal for long hair.

 

Is there a hair straightener in the apartment?

Yes, we have a hair straightener available for guests.

 

Does the apartment have a Smart TV?

Yes, it has a Smart TV with Chromecast built-in, to access a wide variety of online content.

Additional Services


Do you have ironing service?

Yes, we offer an external ironing service for €20 per item (reservation required 48 hours in advance). An iron and ironing board are also available free of charge.

 

Do you have a dry cleaning service?

Yes, we offer express dry cleaning upon reservation with 48 hours notice. Please ask us about prices depending on the type of garment.

 

Can you arrange airport transfers?

Yes, transfers can be booked through Shuttle Transunion .

 

Do you have free airport shuttle service?

No, we do not currently offer free transfers.

 

Do you provide beach towels?

Yes, we provide beach towels.

 

What other beach items do you offer?

In addition to towels, we provide sun cream, a parasol, inflatable mattresses, a portable cooler and a "senalla" (a typical basket from the area).

Location


Where is the apartment located?

We are in the heart of the bay of Alcudia, in the coastal town of Can Picafort.

 

How far is the beach?

About 100 meters away, right in front of the apartment is the yacht club and its port.

 

Is parking available?

Yes, there is a 24-hour guarded parking lot for €20 per day, 200 meters from the apartment. However, it is not usually necessary, as you can park for free on the street right in front of the building. It is a very quiet residential area. However, although some neighbors leave their keys in the car, it is better not to do so!

 

Is the apartment suitable for different types of audiences and needs?

Yes, if you request it by email and in advance, we will try to adapt the apartment or the services we offer during your stay for: couples, retirees , digital nomads , boutique, cooks, deco, views, premium , front line, disconnect by the sea, cycle tourism, Easter , summer, Christmas, spring, autumn, winter , next to the beach .
