We are developing a system so that you can see our availability and prices at any time. Our system is not ready yet so we recommend that you check this information on Booking.com and then contact us to book those same days with a minimum discount of 10% to avoid commissions.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Check-in time
Please inform the guest in advance of your arrival time, including your flight or boat number, in order to collect the keys.
Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Special check-in can be arranged for arrivals outside these hours.
Check-out time
Check-out must be done before 12:00 pm (noon).
Additional guests
No additional guests are allowed as there are no extra beds.
Children
Children are not allowed in the apartment. This house is not suitable or safe for children (0-12 years).
Cleaning
Cleaning service is free and included daily.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations with refundable rates
Cancellations more than 30 days in advance: 100% refundable.
Cancellations between 30 and 15 days in advance: 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 15 days in advance: 30% refund.
Reservations with special offers
Cancellations of reservations with promotional rates imply the charge of the total amount of the reservation. They cannot be cancelled free of charge.
No show
No-shows will be charged in full.

PAYMENT OF THE RESERVATION

Payment for the full amount of the reservation may be charged at any time.

TAXES
All taxes are included in the final price, upon arrival you do not have to pay any other amount.
VAT: 10% of the total reservation is included in the price.
Tourist tax: €1 per person per night, not included in the final price.

DEPOSIT AND BOND
If you book directly on this website, you do not need to pay a deposit.
The security deposit is €250.
This amount will be refunded in full, except for damage or theft, which will be deducted from the amount.

OTHER CHARGES OR EXPENSES
There are no processing fees charged for reservations.
There are no additional charges for credit card payments.
No other amount is charged at any time.
